Here is the information on our summer training options:
Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays starting June 10th-July 25th. We will work on our volleyball skills in the main gym 8:30-10:30 am and then head to the weight room for strength and conditioning 11 am-12:30 pm. There will be NO TRAININGS the week of July 1st-5th.
You don't need to register for the volleyball open gyms, but you will need to register for Strength and Conditioning. Registration for strength is OPEN!
Here is the link to the team camp that is hosted right at TRHS in the main gym. If you are a returning B/JV/V player - please register for the first session and all 9A/9B and NEW TRHS players should register for the afternoon session.
Volleyball Tryouts for 2024
All 10-12 graders - you must attend ALL tryout dates in order to make a team.
Monday, August 12th through Friday, August 16th - 1-4 pm everyday in the main gym & strength will take place Tuesday and Thursday 4:15-5pm for strength. Break time from 4-4:15 pm (bring a lite snack).
All incoming 9th graders - you will tryout together and if the coaching staff feels you have a chance to make a higher team, they will ask you to come to the afternoon session. You are expected to be at all dates of tryouts.
Monday, August 12th- Friday, August 16th - 9-11 am everyday in the main gym & strength will take place 11:15 am-12 pm on Tuesday and Thursday ONLY and is required. Break time from 11-11:15 am - bring a lite snack.
What you need to bring: 2 pairs of shoes (one for the court and one for running outside), spandex, t-shirt, knee pads and a water bottle. Lastly, bring a great attitude and good work ethic.
