Roughly 100 link crew leaders are picked by advisors to lead 9th graders into a new school year at a new school. They also volunteer for nightly events at the school that are needed to provide tours to community members.

Link Crew meets on a couple dates at the end of the school year to prepare for the following year; Two days in August to prepare for 9th graders; 1 full day in September as the Link Day with 9th graders.
